Electrical Engineer:
Position Overview:
Join us as an Electrical Engineer and be a vital part of our innovative team, shaping and enhancing electrical solutions for our modular components and systems. Collaborate closely with diverse teams to seamlessly integrate solutions into our manufacturing operations. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing electrical scopes to meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications. Your expertise will drive project efficiency and excellence, communicated through precise 3D/CAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovate and design modular components and systems, prioritizing functionality, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Design comprehensive electrical systems including one-line diagrams, schematics, and bill of materials.

Collaborate with the Design team to create accurate 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.

Support sales and application engineering teams in customizing electrical systems to meet client requirements.

Assist in selecting and purchasing components like switch-gear, conduits, transformers, etc.

Generate detailed documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.

Provide technical support to production teams, resolving design-related issues during manufacturing, assembly, and installation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project success.

Review customer specifications and propose recommendations for project proposals.

Establish and oversee QA/QC requirements for production processes.

Compile electrical O&M information and assist in creating final sets of IOM manuals.

Fulfill any other duties assigned by TAS.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2000, with knowledge of SolidWorks and Revit preferred.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and modular construction methods.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience in estimating and bid tabulation is desirable.

Familiarity with relevant codes such as NEC, IEC, NFPA.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Passion for innovation and sustainability in modular manufacturing practices.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical design engineering or project management.
-
Availability for domestic and international travel (10-15% or less).

Ability to work in field construction locations and climb ladders.
-
Relocation required with the ability to work Hybrid.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in industrial HVAC, ESCO, or central refrigeration.

Knowledge of Modular systems design and Data Center design.

Power generation plant experience, particularly with gas turbines.

Some experience with controls and PLC programming desired.

PE registration highly preferred.

Knowledge of ASHRAE, BCS, SCADA, or PLC is desirable.
Education & Training:

Bachelorβs degree in electrical engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in Controls Engineering.

EIT and/or FE exam completion preferred.
-
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
