About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and energetic individual to join our team as a Grassroots

Marketing Coordinator! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and

implementing engaging, community-driven marketing initiatives that build brand

awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to our stores. You'll be the point person for

all things grassroots, from planning and executing events to building relationships with

key stakeholders. If you're passionate about building authentic connections and

Responsibilities:

? Grassroots Campaign Development & Execution

? Research and identify potential grassroots marketing opportunities aligned with

brand goals and trade area(s)

? Develop and implement impactful grassroots campaigns, including in-store

events, partnerships, and outreach.

? Manage all aspects of campaigns, including logistics, budgeting,

communication, and reporting.

? In-Store Event Management

? Plan and execute In-store events, ensuring smooth operation and brand

consistency.

? Manage event logistics, including store level communication, vendors as

needed, outside partners, photography/videography, and promotional materials.

? Create a positive and memorable experience for guests.

? Community Engagement:

? Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the

store trade areas.

? Develop and manage contacts database and execute outreach and follow up.

? Develop partnerships within the community.

? Data & Analytics:

? Track and analyze campaign performance to measure success and identify

areas for improvement.

? Report on campaign results to the Director of Marketing and develop

recommendations for future initiatives.

? Staying on Top of Trends:

? Stay up-to-date on the latest grassroots marketing trends and best practices.

? Research emerging platforms and technologies for potential future ideas and

for integration into campaigns.
