HR Financial Analyst             

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Be a part of our cutting-edge team as we grow and expand. Take the lead in analyzing and reporting our HR financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial and business-related analyses and conduct research in financial and expense performance, rate of return etc.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Consolidate annual budget and interim forecasts.
  • Compare and analyze actual operational results with budget and identify trends or issues.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze trends.
  • Compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts of data developed.
  • Conduct special financial and business-related studies in cooperation with other departments or stakeholders.
  • Partners with COE’s and Risk Management to perform administrative contracting duties and management of vendor records through Agiloft. 
  • Prepares, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions, including all HR invoice submissions to Accounts Payable, and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 2+ years  of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
    • Human Resources experience a plus
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI
  • Passion for working in a highly collaborative, fun, fast paced environment
  • Self-motivation and great organization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Curiosity and can-do attitude to overcome obstacles, flow with changes, and take on challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience with Oracle Planning and Budging Cloud (PBCS) a major plus
  • Vendor management experience a plus
  • Agiloft experience a plus
