JOB SUMMARY
EnSiteUSA is seeking an experienced, self-starter to join our HR Team in the role of Human Resources Coordinator. This individual is responsible for performing the Company’s onboarding, documentation including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS and payroll data entry, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will work independently to provide administrative support and contributes to a team that delivers exceptional customer service.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE JOB
• Maintains confidentiality on all matters related to the position and the organization.
• Performs on-boarding duties for new hires and off-boarding of office & remote employees.
• Coordinates new hires with department managers and coordinators.
• Performs company background checks and reviews results for compliance.
• Assists with hiring related tasks such as job description review, posting of jobs on Company website, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, conducts initial phone screens and offer letter preparation.
• Assists with recruiting of various roles, as needed.
• Performs employment related tasks such as revisions, direct deposit changes, employment verification requests, documentation for personnel files, EEO statistics for government filings and other reporting requirements.
• Maintains current and accurate employee information in HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Works effectively in a team environment and provides HR administrative support to all levels of organization.
• Effectively communicates with various levels of management, staff and/or external contacts.
• Runs reports for HR and Payroll, prepares other reports as requested by other departments.
• Serves as main point of contact for all employee HR related requests and questions.
• Conducts exit interviews.
• Demonstrates familiarity with various payroll functions: tax forms, 401(k), payroll deductions.
• Processes updates to employee records in payroll system - ADP WFN.
• Assists with benefits administration including Annual Open Enrollment.
• Performs ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross functional teams.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a heavy data entry environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must be prompt, reliable, have a sense of urgency, quick-thinking, problem-solving
• Provides excellent customer service
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in an office setting
• Assists with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrates fantastic organizational and time management skills


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar Human Resources role.
• Previous experience using HRIS & Payroll system. BambooHR and ADP WFN preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Labor Laws including Federal and State: DOL, EEO, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business preferred.
