We’re on the hunt for an experienced Quality Manager with a laser focus on cabinetry finishing. If you’re ready to step into a hands-on leadership role where your expertise drives excellence, this is the job you’ve been waiting for.

Your Mission?

As the Quality Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our finishing quality standards. You’ll work closely with production, lead the quality team and ensure that every finished product meets or exceeds our customer expectations. Your expertise will be critical in refining processes, solving quality issues, and keeping our finishing operations running at peak performance.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):

• Lead and mentor the quality team, ensuring precise inspections are carried out throughout the finishing process—from initial prep to final touches.
•  Analyze finishing processes to identify quality issues, providing immediate corrective actions to ensure consistency and perfection in every product.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement best practices and quality control processes, driving improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Supervise the documentation of inspections and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Champion the continuous improvement of finishing operations, suggesting new methods, materials, or equipment that can elevate the overall product quality.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead regular quality audits, ensuring our finishing processes align with industry certifications and organizational goals
• Propose innovative solutions to reduce waste, improve consistency, and enhance overall performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in quality engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business/Quality Management is preferred.
• 5–7 years in a quality control or management role in manufacturing cabinetry environment.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience supervising and motivating teams to meet high-quality standards and continuous improvement goals.
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and process controls, with hands-on experience in finishing-related quality assurance.
•  Familiarity with QMS systems and ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and quality certifications is a significant plus
