Responsibilities:

• • Prepare responses to RFP and RFQ and similar procurements in the requested formats.
  • Prepare presentation and collaborate with project team when firm is shortlisted.
  • Correspond with outside vendors and suppliers for proposals.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Utilize Adobe InDesign, Canva & Illustrator to design and create flyers.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and participate in events.
  • Enhanced user experience by collaborating with web developers to redesign company website.
  • Shooting photography: construction sites, work events.
  • Keep up with/order promotional items.
