The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the entire product line lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, focusing on assigned key accounts or distribution channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the product marketing process from concept to launch.
• Initiate market research through store checks, market trend report analysis, Google research, and competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Product Development Manager to create the product brief process and manage the timeline from concept to launch.
• Participate in developing pricing strategies for new and existing products.
• Maintain ownership of the cost of goods creation and approval process.
• Periodically present competitive analysis (including pricing, promotions, and new products) to the Marketing Director.
• Source packaging, gifts with purchase (GWP), and other marketing collateral, collaborating with purchasing, production, and any relevant departments on the project.
• Work with creative, web, and social media teams to define and implement marketing campaigns.
• Support brand awareness through marketing and advertising efforts, including in-store signage, magazine advertisements, event brochures, banners, and other branding materials.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the annual or long-term product marketing plan to advance company objectives.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Prepare requests for prototypes and mock-up samples, managing communication with the Purchasing and Creative teams.
• Manage all communication related to product approvals and samples.
• Maintain pricing and prepare sales materials, including fact sheets, sell sheets, and deal sheets.
• Ensure effective distribution of sales and marketing materials.
• Handle administrative tasks, including shipping sample products to the salesforce, customers, and media influencers as needed.
• Implement promotions for existing and new products to boost sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Sales, or Advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Previous experience in the beauty industry.
