Job Description

You will drive lead generation to new and existing customers through paid and organic search, social media, YouTube, trade shows, webinars featuring RIS and vendor speakers, email campaigns, press releases and other avenues.  You will leverage vendor relationships and applicable business development funding resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, articulate and promote the RIS brand. Leverage key sales wins and customer relationships for PR, website, sales and marketing collateral such as case studies and white papers.
  • Plan, direct and execute interactive and digital marketing campaigns.  Serve as primary contact to RIS's digital marketing firm.
  • Create and coordinate the publication of the marketing campaign calendar with inside sales and direct sales team to ensure all stakeholders have visibility on campaign activities and offers.
  • Write compelling copy for RIS sales and marketing collateral, PR and social marketing.
  • Drive marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement and lead management. Craft lead nurturing programs and email templates for trigger-based and drip communications that advance prospects through the buying cycle.
  • Create benefits-focused proposal templates for new customer, existing customer upgrade and renewal sales.
  • Strengthen marketing program performance with a robust reporting framework (including Dynamics CRM dashboards and business insights) and a process for continuous improvements.
  • Present campaign overviews to sales teams prior to kickoff to ensure that they are briefed and have the right tools to follow up as required.
  • Help to grow our prospect database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of online and other communications
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales on call scripts, campaigns and talking points.
  • Oversee budget & ROI reporting.

Qualifications

Job Requirements / Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years marketing experience with technology solution provider
  • Self-driven – understands this is a new role with the company and creates clarify from ambiguity. Thrives on the challenge of success
  • Recognizes and articulates our value proposition
  • Must be a content guru – creative and thrives on writing copy for marketing, social and PR collateral. Drives thought leadership.
  • Strong written communication skills; no supervision required for grammar, spelling and proper document formatting.
  • Proficient on managing marketing campaigns and communications through CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 a plus)
  • Organized and collaborative – utilizes a marketing calendar and manages execution with in-house or vendor resources
  • Very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Has strong network and leverages it, when appropriate, to get the job done
  • Is a student of the industry and assures that the company’s messaging is consistent with emerging trends
  • International experience / exposure a plus
