Description

The Account Manager will have a number of customer accounts. The primary responsibility is to service these accounts and process the customer’s orders to ensure the customer’s satisfaction.  The position includes; daily tasks with emphasis on accuracy, effective communication with the customer and with production personnel, and quality control with an ultimate objective of excellent customer service.

  • Work closely with customers to process their orders.

  • Be able to keep track of orders and update the sales ticket, as the customer’s needs change.

  • Have daily communications with production personnel to apprise them of new and updated orders.

  • Must be able to provide friendly and prompt service to customers both on the phone and via email.

  • Be able to work effectively with others and keep up with rapidly changing priorities.

  • Full time hours.

  • Customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.

  • Highly organized and efficient.

  • Demonstrates team capabilities, self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Demonstrates excellent cross functional working relationships (co-workers/management)

  • Strong Microsoft Office, phone, and computer skills.  Prior experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement.
