The Account Manager will have a number of customer accounts. The primary responsibility is to service these accounts and process the customer’s orders to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. The position includes; daily tasks with emphasis on accuracy, effective communication with the customer and with production personnel, and quality control with an ultimate objective of excellent customer service.
