Who we are looking for:


The Salesforce/nCino Application Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration and training on the bank’s nCino application and Salesforce platform. These applications are used, to control our loan product lifecycle, service request lifecycle, as well as manage prospects, campaigns, loans, business relationships, partners, and contacts. The Application Administrator will manage the loan life cycle and CRM applications implemented on nCino, as well as identify, diagnose, and resolve end-user problems in a timely manner that exemplifies the bank’s high standard, of customer service.


 What you’ll do:



  • Provide support to the Salesforce/ nCino user base which includes configuration fixes and enhancements, system maintenance, system updates and enhancements of the platform, etc.

  • Support the integration with other enterprise systems or applications and will collaborate with team to develop or maintain processes to continuously improve data quality processing integrity and productivity.

  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve end user problems in an effective, timely and courteous manner.

  • Create, update, and manage nCino Support Cases. This would include researching documentation available in nCino’s Community platform, clearly defining the issue, and actively working with nCino’s Support Services team to resolve the case.

  • Partner with nCino Team to drive solutions while collaborating with multiple teams and business units.

  • Setup and/or update user records in Salesforce for new and existing users, which would include but not limited to their profile, permission sets, roles, license management, cost tracking, etc.

  • Duplicate data management using manual de-duplication techniques and tools.

  • Design and develop the Salesforce/nCino UI/configuration based on the business requirements and enhance the system accordingly.

  • Support with Admin testing and User training.

  • Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives.



  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards, and reports, etc.


What you’ll need to be successful: 


Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.  In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Information Technology related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience as a technical business systems administrator, analyst and/or other similar relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Administration experience in an Enterprise level environment.

  • Prior banking or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years Of experience In Ncino Administration Or A Similar Loan Origination System

  • Salesforce Administrator certified highly preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required.

  • Must be familiar with developing automation with Salesforce automation tools like using flows, process builders, workflows, approval process, etc.

  • Must be familiar with creating user stories, requirement specification, defects, training documentation, user manuals, commits etc.

  • Must be familiar with performing bulk data loads using data loader and/ or other approved data load tools.

  • Must be familiar with Agile/SCRUM framework

  • Familiarity with Dev ops process preferred.

  • Must have exceptional people skills, which involve working with internal and external customers.

  • Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.

  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Must have solution mindset and desire to learn and upskill.

  • Must be able to thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive, and team-oriented environment.
