As we continue to grow, we are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and sociable Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for light industrial positions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, outgoing, and capable of interacting with candidates and clients across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings. A strong focus on people skills and professionalism is essential to ensure a positive candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:

    • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Engage with candidates via phone, text messaging, emails, and social media platforms to explain job opportunities.
    • Conduct in-person interviews and phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications for light industrial roles.

     

  • Candidate Placement:

    • Match qualified candidates with appropriate job orders based on skill sets and client requirements.
    • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.

     

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed throughout the recruiting process.
    • Interact professionally with customers to ensure their staffing needs are fully understood and met.

     

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Follow up with candidates regarding their application status, interviews, and job placements.
    • Ensure all candidate documentation is properly completed and filed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms: phone, email, text, and social media.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with both candidates and clients.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the light industrial sector is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to commute to client sites and recruit within the Houston area, if necessary.
