Experienced Paralegal - Plaintiff's Trial Law Firm

Our passionate and experienced team is dedicated to achieving justice for our clients and has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. We handle a wide range of cases, including car accidents, truck wrecks, work injuries, product liability, and insurance disputes.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a mid-senior level paralegal with a minimum of 5 years plus of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation to join our dynamic team. You are a highly motivated and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. You have extensive trial experience and a thorough understanding of relevant legal procedures. Bilingualism is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft discovery documents and legal correspondence
- Manage case files from intake to resolution
- Prepare for trial, including compiling trial notebooks and ordering medical records
- Assist attorneys with hearings and trials
- Conduct legal research and fact-finding
- Manage client communication and inquiries
- Schedule depositions and coordinate with vendors
- Provide administrative support to attorneys
Preferred Skills
- Experience with catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal databases
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Education
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience preferred
- NALA or AACP certification preferred

Schedule
