Description

SUMMARY


Performs inspections, tests and calibrations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Prepare and maintains quality assurance documentation required by the WWN Corporation and documentation required by the Laboratory.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


High school diploma and three (3) years experience in quality assurance at least two (2) of which are related to fastener testing and inspection and the preparation and maintenance of associated documentation or GED or four (4) years experience in quality assurance at least two (2) of which are related to fastener testing and inspection.  Training in ISO (000 and ISO Guide 25 requirements.


LANGUAGE SKILLS


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement.


REASONING ABILITY


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
