Job Summary:

SPL is growing and is currently looking for a Quality Bank Administrator Support Admin in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for supporting the Quality Bank Administrator for all functions related to the SPL-managed quality banks in the State of Alaska. All possible duties for this role are outlined below and are to be performed according to the governing agreements between SPL and the Quality Banks at the direction of the QBA.

  • Generates and reviews banking schedules;
  • Prepares wire transfer summaries;
  • Performs and creates shipment tracking and instructions;
  • Approves invoices;
  • Inputs and reviews Natural Gas Liquids (NGL);
  • Inputs and reviews publishing price determinations on a daily basis;
  • Creates assignment reports for lab and QBA;
  • Communicates with lab regarding priority/heavy samples, shipments, invoices, dates, deadlines, etc.;
  • Communicates with Alyeska regarding shipments, invoices, FedEx, etc.;
  • Processes and inputs any changes and/or updates into QuickBooks software;
  • Communicates with vendors to keep them informed of deadlines, invoices, etc.;
  • Generates report evaluations;
  • Compiles and performs entry of source data (volumes per QB, locations, shippers, carriers); 
  • Performs data entry and calculations for gravity differentials every 6 months;
  • Performs annual updates for processing cost adjustments;
  • Regularly tracks quality banks and streams;
  • Processes, generates, and reviews close out reports;
  • Performs reporting to different entities as required;
  • Performs test updates and improvements in designated system;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.

Relocation:

This position is not eligible for relocation.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel.

Work Schedule:

This position will work 8 hours Monday-Friday in SPL’s Houston, TX location. This position is subject to overtime availability to meet deadlines.
