Job Summary:

As a representative of SimplyHome, the Realtor Relations Manager cultivates, manages and maintains all Realtor relationships and communications. The role will work directly with the leasing and marketing teams to increase Realtor participation while increasing engagement between the Realtor community and SimplyHome.

Duties/Responsibilities:

This position will spend the majority of the time in the field building connections with the realtor community. This role is the main point of contact for realtors communicating with SimplyHome. The primary goal being to BUILD, SUPPORT and MAINTAIN this community relationship, therefore increasing realtor participation in the SimplyHome leasing process.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Realtors, addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any concerns or complaints that realtors may have regarding company processes, policies, or services.
    • Address conflicts with professionalism and a customer-first approach, ensuring that realtors feel heard, valued, and respected throughout the resolution process.
    • Follow up with realtors post-resolution to ensure that issues have been fully addressed and that relationships remain strong.
  • Develop engaging and “relationship building” programs:
    • Realtor Volume Rewards
    • Monthly and Annual recognitions
    • Lunch and Learns
  • Plan, Communicate and Execute Realtor events hosted by SimplyHome:
    • New Community Events
    • Continuing Education Classes
    • Networking Events
    • Open Houses
  • Facilitate relationship building between the leasing agents and the Realtor community by having them assist in the execution of Realtor meetings, events, open houses, etc.
  • Grow and elevate the NextMove Program by partnering with the Realtor community:
    • Create and execute a timeline on how to inform the Realtor community of the NextMove Program.
    • Collaborate and participate cross-functionally in meetings and events that involve the NextMove Program.
  • Ensure Realtors have the tools, resources and assistance needed to successfully partner with SimplyHome:
    • Solicit and collect feedback from realtors on company services, marketing materials, systems, and other aspects of the business that directly affect their daily operations.
    • Act on this feedback by working with internal teams (e.g., marketing, leasing, property management and service) to refine and improve the company’s offerings and service quality.
  • Stay informed on market trends, rental pricing, and competitive listings to provide realtors with up-to-date information and beneficial insights.
  • Maintain consistent knowledge of competitor incentives, programs and availability to ensure SimplyHome’s competitive position
  • Manage the Realtor Outreach Program, including visiting Realtor offices and attending Realtor-hosted functions as a representative of SimplyHome:
    • Educate the realtor community on product, process and benefits of leasing with SimplyHome.
  • Ensure execution and consistency of all realtor communications:
    • Available Realtor incentives and programs
    • Inventory Availability including new community launches
    • Client leasing specials
  • Additional items as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
  • Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect with staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Public speaking or presentation experience.

  • History of successful conversion performance.

  • Experience in a similar role or related field (Marketing, Real Estate); experience in the leasing field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Passion for building relationships and succeeding in business goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Available for work during normal business hours, weekends and select holidays.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Great organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with property management and leasing processes is a plus.
  • Real Estate License not required but preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Periodic travel to other SimplyHome home divisions
