What You’ll Do
As a Residential Service Electrician, you’ll be the hero on the frontlines, responsible for:
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential homes.
- Client Communication: Explain technical concepts clearly to homeowners to ensure they’re comfortable and informed.
- Installation: Upgrade old wiring, install new fixtures, and ensure all systems meet safety standards.
- Training & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing training on the latest electrical technology and safety practices.
- Material Management: Coordinate tools, equipment, and schedules to keep operations efficient.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a “plug-and-play” electrician with:
- Licensing: Valid Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license.
- Experience: 3+ years in residential service and repair with a proven track record. Familiarity with KPIs (e.g., average ticket size, annual revenue) is a plus.
- Skills: A troubleshooting expert who excels under pressure, communicates effectively, and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Location: Resides within 45 minutes of Katy, TX.
- Background: Clean driving record and background check are required.
- Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting, climbing, crawling, and other physical demands of the role.
