Security Guard (Direct-Hire)

Healthways Services is a for-profit organization offering a broad array of health and human service programs dedicated to helping individuals and companies achieve success.

Security Guard, is needed for several security agencies in the local Houston area. They are looking to employ security professionals with excellent interpersonal that's non-commission skills in different commercial environments. We are assisting them to locate candidates to work Part-Time and Full-Time weekday and weekend for Morning, Day, Night and Overnight shift positions.

DUTIES:

•Maintain a safe and secure environment

•Monitor access control

•some position are Foot patrol of facility and ground and some are setting at a desk monitoring the grounds on a screen monitor

•Supply detailed incident reports as needed

•Create daily reports
•Assist management upon request

•Concierge duties including greeting and assisting guests

•Handling special needs of guests

•Must be 21 years and older

•First Aid certified

•High School Diploma or G.E.D.

•Be prepared to work flexible shifts]

•Be able to read and write in English fluently

•Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Maintain a neat appearance and professional attitude

•Maintain company's professional standards
