Description

In this role, you will develop and maintain financial data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate and responsive financial reporting with a direct line of communication to the Operations Director and Accounting Manager. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of driving purposeful innovation and excellence. 


Responsibilities and Skill Sets included, but are not limited to: 



  • Confidence in communicating and presenting results and analytical data to senior management across various parts of the organization. 

  • Possess robust organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills, and accounting/operational expertise.  

  • Being data aware, can understand what data is available and how it can be leveraged.  

  • Complete ad-hoc financial analysis and operational accounting projects as required.  

  • Developing automated streamline processes for reporting and/or data analysis.  

  • Engage in daily interaction as well as drive collaboration and guidance with operations and finance personnel.  

  • Analysis, manage, and distribute the weekly and monthly financial schedules on the balance sheet and income statement.  

  • Reviewing and approving of monthly account reconciliations in Blackline. 

  • Assisting with the monthly project POC forecast.  

  • Assisting with the monthly review of project budgets. 

  • Partner with various teams to provide financial instruction and technical assistance on operational transactions or processes. 

  • Driving the review of system annual standard costs and executing in the system. 

  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets for review by upper management. 


 Qualifications: 



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5 years of accounting, auditing, or other relevant experience. 

  • FP&A experience required. 

  • CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred 

  • Extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge.  

  • Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, Power BI, and Alteryx experience a plus.
