We are looking for a Team Player who can share the vision of Reddy & Neumann by supporting the team's efforts to provide prompt, professional, positive, and practical immigration law advice to business clients.


Duties and Responsibilities


Coordinate with client to ensure proper and timely filing of all Labor Certification Applications



  • Help sustain the relationship between our firm and our clients to obtain repeat business

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, and return all messages within 1 business day

  • Gather required information and documents from client necessary for filing

  • Communicate anticipated timeline to client and provide them with status updates


Ensure proper filing of all Labor Certification Applications



  • Confirm business existence verification for new clients

  • Oversee the posting of advertisements

  • Submit Prevailing Wage Determination requests to the DOL (invoice case and move case over to appropriate location in the database) - Both OES and requests based on private wage surveys

  • Ensure all issued prevailing wage determinations are in the database and that attorney is informed once issued

  • Oversee the review of advertisement efforts

  • Ensure Job Orders and Notice of Filings are properly posted

  • Assist attorney in obtaining alternate documentation/re-doing ads when needed

  • Obtain copies of tearsheets, ads, posting notices, PWDs and follow up with employers for the same

  • Ensure all job postings are accurate and bring any discrepancy to the attorney's attention (delegate to Legal Assistant as needed)

  • Ensure all advertisements are uploaded in the database

  • Oversee the recruitment process and ensure recruitment is complete and audit prepared before filing

  • Follow up on 'received cases' or anything pending with employer (may delegate as needed)


Post-filing:



  • Oversee sponsorship verification reminders to employer

  • Answer non-legal questions

  • Assist attorney in obtaining alternate documentation when needed

  • Assign work and provide guidance to team members

  • Guide employers through supervised recruitment process


Database Management



  • Ensure team is properly overseeing the database and is updating the database at all times for all assigned cases

  • Ensure team is properly monitoring the database to locate cases that are delayed so that they can be moved forward, brought to attorney's attention, or closed

  • Assist attorney with monitoring case status, database entries, cases outside normal processing time, missing approvals, etc.

  • Ensure all deadlines are correctly in database


Assist Attorney



  • Flag issues for attorney to address with client

  • Assist attorney with additional correspondence, including withdrawal requests, contacting DOL customer service, updating client information, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned, including outside of department


Job Type:


Office Environment


Full Time: 40 hour work week


Monday through Friday, 9a-5:30pm
