Position Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm; Overtime available
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Laborer to join our team. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including but not limited to loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and/or forklift certification a plus.
