Job Summary
This position will include processing all warranty claims
Essential Functions
• Efficiently Review and process warranty claims
• Document and track claim through completion
• Ensure claim legitimacy and adherence to warrant agreements and company policy
• Handle shipment of defective parts and arrange for delivery of replacement
• Ensure all warranty paperwork is documented and completed correctly
• Coordinate teams and ensure cohesive, productive activity by subordinates
Qualifications
• High school diploma or Associates Degree preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel
• Excellent customer service/verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
