The Role:



As a Web Developer, you will -




  • Design & Develop: Craft stunning and responsive websites from scratch, translating UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect code.


  • Innovate & Create: Implement new features and functionality that enhance user experience and push creative limits.


  • Optimize: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.


  • Collaborate: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to bring concepts to life.


  • Maintain: Regularly update and maintain websites, troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise.


  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.


  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards.


  • Test & Debug: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a flawless user experience.


  • Deploy: Manage and oversee the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition from development to live environments.

What You Bring to the Table:




  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.


  • Experience: 3+ years of professional web development experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.


  • Backend Knowledge: Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python, and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).


  • Design Sensibility: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to implement designs that look and feel great.


  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex coding challenges with innovative solutions.


  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every element functions and looks as intended.


  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
