Delivery Driver (Cookies)

Crumbl Cookies is looking for full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers to join their team!

A delivery driver is one of the most important jobs at your store! Your drivers are solely responsible for getting any delivery cookie orders to the customer on time and warm. It is essential that each hire is reliable and concerned with customer satisfaction. The driver will pick up and drop off cookies corresponding to assigned routes and time schedules.

To succeed, you should be punctual and polite with a commitment to providing customers with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in checking that orders are correct, be committed to working safely, and passionate about customer experience.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

●     Loading, transporting, and delivering cookies to clients or businesses ON TIME

●     Operating a motor vehicle such as cars, trucks, etc., for delivery purposes

●     Reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is happy

●     Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles

●     Accepting payments for delivered items

●     Providing the best customer service

●     Answering questions and are comfortable handling complaints from customers

●     Adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedules

●     Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

●     Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
