What you will do for Harris County Precinct 4 (HCP4)
The Human Resources & Talent (HRT) Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of HR services and programs, ensuring the effective implementation of policies, employee training and development, and compensation and benefits strategies.As a key member of the Talent team, this role plays a critical part in fostering employee engagement, motivation, and well-being. The HRT Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Talent.

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience
Broad generalist background, including experience in payroll, benefits, policies administration, coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university
Experience:
Experience implementing performance management programs in data-driven environments.
Certification:
Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification
