Our HR team supports the entire BinkleyBarfield | DCCM divisions and has an immediate need for Corporate Recruiter. In this role you will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and provide a vast array of recruiting services to assure the acquisition of the best talent to support our business mission, vision, and values.


What you will do

  • Source candidates including through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites.)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads and determine qualification criteria for current openings in accordance with established job descriptions. 
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience including assistance in navigating the interview process, scheduling, providing interview feedback, and maintaining close contact and communication during the pre-employment process.
  • Work closely with the recruiting assistant to post all open positions through the applicant tracking software.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their resume and/or interview against the job requirements established with the hiring managers.
  • As appropriate, advertise job openings on job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn.)
  • Engage with third party recruiters when needed and approved.
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on our hiring process.
  • Interview candidates as requested during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews.
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process.
  • Report to hiring managers and the HR team on the status of open positions. Work closely with the recruiting assistant to ensure accurate tracking of the recruiting process and onboarding status.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting assistant to ensure a smooth onboarding process from offer presentation to orientation.
  • Work with the recruiting assistant on college career fairs.
  • Assist the HR department with other administrative duties as assigned.

You are a relationship builder who provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in a consultative manner. You are accomplished at oral and written communication with exceptional listening and comprehension skills. 


Requirements

What you bring

  • A bachelor's degree and one to three years of recruiting experience for both exempt and non-exempt positions or associate degree and three to five years of recruiting experience for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient with employer branding and social media platforms.
  • Experience in establishing processes that supports an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must have high initiative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members and management.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, staff, and external contacts.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
