Pay rate is $45/hour

The role is a full cycle role on our customer service team of 8 recruiters for high volume class recruitment on entry level customer service roles. The metrics 70% fill rates per class. This role will be expected to hire 50-75 fills.

• Recruits, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. 
• Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
• Consult with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
• Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.

High school diploma required 4 yr degree preferred
At least 2 yrs full cycle recruitment experience
Full cycle recruitment experience required
the ATS preference is workday but not required
