Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administers various functional human resources plans, procedures, and processes as well as assist in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.Β 
  • Coordinates on boarding process for assigned client group to include and initiation and processing of personnel changes in a timely fashion within the human resources information system (HRIS), conducting new employee orientation, and creating personnel files.
  • Assist assigned client group with employee relation issues to include investigations and performance documentation.Β Consult with HR Business Partner for more complex issues.
  • Compiles reports from HRIS.
  • Participates in the development of department goals, objectives, and processes.
  • Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Recommends new approaches and procedures to effect continual process improvement in customer service and efficiency of the department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to make large group presentations and consult effectively one-on-one.
  • Ability to communicate and establish credibility with all levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently as well as a strong desire to work as a member of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, strong negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills needed.Β
