What you’ll do…

We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. As the HR Coordinator, you will support the entire recruitment process and be responsible for communicating with key talent from the interview process through onboarding.  You will positively promote ERock to the surrounding community and ensure that we create a world-class candidate experience and further develop our efforts as the best place to work in Houston. We are a growing company so you must be comfortable operating in a “fast pace/start-up” mode to support the HR and TA function. This position will report to the Sr. Technical Recruiter and is located in downtown Houston, TX. This is an in-office position.


You’ll make an impact by: 

· Supports Technical Recruiter(s) with the candidate experience; scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, greeting candidates at office for interviews, ensuring follow up with candidates through recruitment process.

· Manages offer process, by drafting offers, sending for signatures both internally and externally, creating employee files, and saving offers, resumes and agreements in them.

· Moves candidates through background check and pre-employment screening.

· Supports recruitment events by registering for events, booking internal calendars for those attending, gathering materials and visual items for events, ensuring overall positive candidate experience and employment brand by showcasing ERock at events. 

· Creates and maintains employee files, ensuring all employee files are housed in same location, each employee has required documents saved in employee folders, and perform file audits for accuracy.

· Back up to job posting process to support Technical Recruiter.

· Assist HR team with ad-hoc reporting, special projects and programs as requested.

· Find opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies and improve the team’s overall productivity.

· Other administrative duties to support the HR business. 

Requirements

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you: 

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, Math or similar.

· Experience supporting recruitment/onboarding process.

· Paylocity experience

· 2-4+ years of HR experience


What you’ll need:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point.

· Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 

· Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with shifting priorities and competing demands.

· Strong customer services skills, self-starter, highly motivated and flexible as priorities change.

· Proven experience working with time sensitive requests requiring calendar integrity and discipline.

· Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 20 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
