Description

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and orienting candidates

- Responsible for accurately processing payroll, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations

- Manage and 0versee the benefits program of the organization

- Maintain data in the database or HR system for accurate record keeping and reporting

- Complete and maintain credentialing files on all patient care volunteers and employees. 

- Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and ensuring a positive work environment

- Implement and manage performance management processes

- Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures

- Prepare, review, interpret, analyze and approve a variety of data, information and reports, and make recommendations as appropriate

- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and laws

- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters

- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies

- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions and processes


 



Requirements

  

Qualification, Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required. 
  2. A minimum of three years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility for payroll, benefits administration and other functional areas of human resources.
  3. Experience working with payroll and HRMS systems. 
  4. Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking and effective, use of time. Also able to handle and complete multiple tasks or projects with multiple deadlines. 
  5. Ability to deal professionally, courteously and efficiently with public and all levels of the organization.
  6. Ability to operate computer, copier fax, and 10-key machine.
  7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  8. Can demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Can demonstrate effective customer relation skills, working with diverse populations, often in stressful fast paced environments.
