Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staff Recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment activities and results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commission Structure:

  • Base Commission Rate: 10-15% of the placement fee for each successful candidate placement.
  • Tiered Commission: Additional 5% for exceeding monthly placement targets.
  • Bonus Commission: One-time bonus of 10% for placing candidates in high-value positions (e.g., positions with salaries over $100,000).
  • Recurring Commission: 5% of the placement fee for repeat placements with the same client within the first year.
